Managing Your Account
Enter the email address linked to your Zyla Account and your password.
Payee (beneficiary): the individual or entity receiving the payment. Payer: the individual or party making the payment.
To help prevent fraud, you’ll be sent a verification code via email or to your mobile phone to authenticate your transaction.
Select 'Forgot password’ on the Zyla Account login page. You'll then receive an authentication code to your email address to reset your password.
Nickname is used as a label when you issue a virtual account for collection, it’s not unique identifier. Friendly name is used as a mandatory field to distinguish payees when you add a beneficiary for payment, it's a unique identifier.
